BHS Corrugated North America is seeking a dynamic Industrial Maintenance Site Manager to oversee operations, foster strong client relationships, and drive continuous improvement at our client’s site.

About the Role:

As the Site Manager, you’ll be the primary liaison between our maintenance technicians and the client, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch service. Reporting directly to the manager, you’ll oversee the dedicated efforts of our on-site BHS employees, ensuring that our team not only meets but exceeds contractual obligations. Your leadership will be key in maintaining and enhancing the performance of corrugator equipment, contributing directly to our client’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Oversight: Lead and guide BHS operations at the client’s site, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Management of Site Supervisor: Provide leadership and support to the Site Supervisor to ensure efficient and effective site operations.
  • Relationship Leadership: Cultivate a positive relationship between the M2P Team and the client, mentoring the team to proactively maintain and enhance equipment performance.
  • Corrugator Output Enhancement: Play a critical role in improving production by analyzing challenges and implementing technical and procedural enhancements.
  • Client Interaction: Regularly engage with the customer’s plant management, participate in daily and weekly meetings, and support them in achieving production targets.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in various cross-functional activities and projects to drive continuous improvement and support other M2P locations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an M2P supervisory role
  • Strong customer service background
  • Excellent organizational and people management skills
  • Technical expertise in pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, PLC programming, and related software
  • Ability to thrive in a high-stress environment
  • Physical capability to meet the demands of the job, including standing, walking, lifting, and working in varying temperature conditions
