The Role: As a Digital Print Engineer at BHS Corrugated, you'll play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting digital printing equipment for corrugating machinery. You'll work closely with our clients to ensure the seamless operation of their printing systems and provide expert technical support to address any issues that arise.

What You'll Do:

• Install, configure, and calibrate digital printing equipment at client sites.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their printing needs and provide customized solutions.
• Train client personnel on the operation and maintenance of digital printing equipment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in printing technology and share knowledge with the team.
• Document all service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and client interactions.

What You'll Bring:

• Technical/Trade school or AA degree preferred.
• Experience working with digital printing equipment, preferably large format inkjet printers, within the corrugated industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% (first year training is in Temple,TX) of the time across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic engineering with the ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with RIPS, workflows, press maintenance, and industrial printing processes.
• Familiarity with PLC controls, drives, servos, and process control systems.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and colleagues.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as standing, walking, lifting objects weighing at least 30 pounds, and working in varying temperature conditions.
