Digital Print Process Specialist | Charlotte, NC

BHS Corrugated North America is hiring!

We're looking for a Digital Print Process Specialist who knows the science behind great print—from prepress and RIP workflows to color management and industrial inkjet technology.

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot complex print quality and color issues
Manage ICC profiles, calibration, and color standards
Support prepress, PDF/X, and RIP workflows
Diagnose printhead, ink, and substrate issues
Develop best practices and train teams across multiple sites
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and R&D

What We're Looking For:

Digital print/prepress experience
Strong color management and ICC profiling knowledge
Knowledge of G7, GRACoL, Fogra, and/or ISO 12647
Industrial inkjet experience
Strong technical troubleshooting skills

Location: Charlotte, NC
Travel: Up to 75%
