BHS Corrugated is seeking a Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance-to-Productivity (M2P) team in Chambersburg, PA, ensuring world-class service, safety, and operational excellence at our customer site. This role oversees technicians, coordinates maintenance activities, and drives continuous improvement to maximize equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support M2P technicians in daily service operations

• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work

• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site requirements

• Serve as the primary liaison between BHS, the customer, and internal teams

• Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or field service

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting expertise

• Excellent communication, organization, and customer-facing skills

• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced production environment
