Inspection Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inspection Technician to conduct on-site inspections of our products at customer locations. This role plays a vital part in upholding our commitment to product quality, identifying potential issues, and delivering clear technical reports to our Quality Department.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site product inspections at customer locations to evaluate performance and quality.

• Identify defects, damages, or operational issues and thoroughly document findings.

• Communicate inspection results to customers, providing technical insights and addressing concerns professionally.

• Prepare detailed technical reports with observations, test results, and recommendations for corrective action.

• Collaborate with the Quality Department to analyze findings and suggest product or process improvements.

• Ensure inspections are compliant with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.

• Use diagnostic tools, measurement instruments, and testing methods to assess product integrity.

• Provide feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams on recurring quality issues.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections and customer interactions.

• Travel frequently to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product inspection, quality control, or a related technical role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Professional demeanor and ability to interact confidently with customers.

• Willingness to travel frequently.
