BHS Corrugated is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team in our Charlotte, NC facility!

Summary:

BHS Corrugated North America is seeking a skilled Product Manager to improve our customer experience through enhanced product offerings from our parts business. You will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and execution of product initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business success. Working at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, you will ensure that the product meets customer needs while aligning with company objectives.

You will be reporting directly to the Director of Parts Operations. This is an onsite position in Charlotte, NC, requiring 100% in-office work and situational business travel to operational sites or industry events up to 20% of the time. This could include travel to our global headquarters in Weiherhammer, Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs. 
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, supply chain, sales, and customer service teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Product Development: Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Product Launch & Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive demand, adoption, engagement, and ultimately market share - ensure that products are positioned in the market effectively.
  • Customer Experience & Feedback: Represent the customer within the organization (Customer Advocacy)
    • Gather customer insights, analyze data, and iterate on features to continuously improve customer experience.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Ensure smooth execution by managing timelines, risks, and dependencies while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Performance Metrics & Growth: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, positioning, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, product development cycles, and project management tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Technical knowledge or experience working with engineering teams is a plus.
  • Experience in Corrugated Board Industry or other Manufacturing Space is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work at a computer for up to eight (8) hours a day.
  • Ability to stand for at least forty-five (45) minutes at a time.
  • Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds at waist level.
  • Must be able to work in-office up to 100% of the time.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.  

Pay and Benefits:

This position has a salary range of $90k - $100k plus benefits as seen below:
