What You’ll Do:
As an M2P (Maintenance-to-Performance) Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our high-performance corrugating equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance and inspections to keep machinery running at peak performance.
- Troubleshooting & Repair – Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Optimization & Performance Improvement – Work with our customers to enhance machine efficiency and ensure top-level production output.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Experience with industrial maintenance or manufacturing equipment is preferred.
- Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Hands-On Experience – Previous work in maintenance, field service, or equipment troubleshooting is a plus.
- Customer-Focused Mindset – Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
- Willingness to Travel – Some travel may be required for training or support at customer sites.
