Develop and deliver technical training programs (classroom, on-the-job, and informal formats)
Create custom training plans and materials tailored to customer needs
Provide hands-on instruction on corrugating equipment and real-world troubleshooting
Partner with customers and internal teams to improve machine performance, uptime, and efficiency
Translate complex technical issues into clear, practical training solutions

Outgoing, coaching-oriented personality with strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage and train adult learners in both classroom and hands-on environments
Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly learn and teach new technologies
